As first time sellers we did not know how the process worked, but Ginger answered every question we had! She was very detailed when it came to accepting offers and broke down everything for us so we know what we were getting! Would highly recommend!

She was very helpful as a first time home buyer and helped out with a lot. Very friendly and easy to work with.

Selling a house can be very frustrating and stressful. Ginger helped me with everything and I was able to trust her completely to keep my best interest in mind. It was a very smooth process. I don't have a lot of knowledge when it comes to buying/selling. Ginger gave me advice and explained my options to me so I could understand my choices. I highly recommend Ginger! She is awesome!

Ginger recently helped us purchase a second home in Clayton. We did not have a realtor to assist us with the process. She immediately volunteered and made the process seamless. She assisted with communicating with the owner and answered all out questions to our satisfaction. She followed up on the paperwork and recommended local businesses for minor repairs and inspection. Our experience was great! She made it a pleasure.

I approached Ginger in January to be my real estate agent. I was interested in purchasing a new build. She was my daughters agent one year ago so I already knew that she would do a great job. She was constantly in touch with the builder and I through the entire process. She handled any requests that I had for change and any complaints that I had during the building of my home. She also stayed in touch with my broker at all times. I can't say enough about how smoothly the process was due to her being on top of things at all times. We all know that buying a house, as well,as building one can be a trying process. I can honestly say that it was a pleasant and fun experience due to Ginger! Thank you Ginger for everything.
